My first post!

Hi. My name is Joe (obviously). This is officially my first blog post on my blog, or any other blog on the known internet. I know this is a random combination of things to blog about, but I am unique and have many different interests, therefor I will write about all of them. (EDIT: I have split up my blogs on 3/14/2010, so you can check out my other blogs for past posts that don't relate to food)

Cooking: If you are interested in cooking for yourself, or for your friends, I will be writing some of recipes here for use of the public. These recipes have been: A) Invented by me, or B) Taken from another source and given my awesome innovative flair to make them taste better. I usually prefer to cook Italian food, but every once in a while I will create some spin on Mexican, American, or some plain old soups.
